Residential Sales Consultant / Client Relationship Manager - West Sussex

£30,000 - £45,000 (OTE after 2 years £80,000) - Block Management

Are you looking to step away from your day-to-day block manager role, looking for something new and challenging yet still within the residential sector, if so, you may be in luck.
 
I am currently working exclusively with a supplier who’re looking for confident, capable, and passionate Residential Sales Consultant. The ideal candidate for this role would have worked within block management, have experience dealing with managing agents, freeholders, RMCs, and dealing with client relationships. My client and their residential department are in store for a large amount of growth and the career possibilities / scope for progression is huge. If you feel you have good connections within the sector, are confident in your ability to win business and develop professional relationships, this could be the role for you.
 
  • Office location: Crawley, large open plan office with table tennis and pool table
  • Salary £30K - £45K (DOE) plus commission (OTE in year 2 c£80,000)
  • Personality traits: looking for someone friendly, confident, a team player, social, and who can work autonomously.

  • Professional experience: Worked within the block management sector, ideally has experience with client relationships, has connections / contacts, business development, or sales.

Job Summary
 
The Sales Consultant (Residential Sector) will be an experienced passionate sales leader with experience in B2B solution selling. Reporting to the Head of Residential Manager, the position holder must be able to help identify and act on opportunities within the residential sector. Ideally, you will have experience in block management or residential property sector.
 
Duties and responsibilities
  • Networking and driving business opportunities across the residential sector
  • Researching and cultivating leads from social media, events, referrals and other sites
  • Getting sales proposals out to prospective commercial residential landlords
  • Focusing on a high quality of consultation with clients, underpinned by a strong conversion rate of sales proposals flowing to the next stage of the sales cycle
  • Supporting Management on tenders and client sales cycle to deliver for the Residential sector of our commercial team
 
Skills/ Experience
  • Experienced in B2B sales solutions to the Commercial Residential Sector 
  • Experience in using Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRM system to track and manage sales pipeline and client activity
  • An ability to influence at all levels as well as build relationships with senior heads in the industry as well as commercial landlords and managing agents
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to build relationships and network with clients and internally across the business
  • Proven track record of achieving sales KPIs and activity that underpin your sales funnel
