I am working closely with a national property management company who're looking for a experience property professional to join their team as their new Regional Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
You will be managing 3 x SPM, 1 x PM, 2 x APM, and 1 x team sec. Organise your people/Supporting/Training/Lead By Example/Complaints/you will be part of Senior Leadership Team/Good Time Mngt/.
Regularly review team productivity to ensure KPIs are met, and high standards of customer service are maintained.
Manage workloads effectively and take corrective action when necessary to maintain these standards.
Monitor portfolio performance against KPIs and customer service standards.
Report performance to the Divisional Manager in an agreed format and frequency, including commentary on underperformance and documented corrective actions.
Handle escalated problems and issues from your team and clients, resolving them according to management agreements or company policies.
Coach team members through solutions and escalate formal complaints to the Operations Manager with all necessary information for efficient processing.
To ensure that the properties within your portfolio are effectively and safely managed on behalf of your clients in line with agreed budgets. You will ensure that the properties are properly maintained in agreement with the client, that they meet all legal and regulatory requirements, and you provide excellent customer service that at least meets the terms of the management agreements.

Requirements:
Our client is looking for someone who's MTPI qualified with people management experience within the block management sector, ideally 4/5 years block management experience overall. You will need to demonstrate resilience and leadership. You will wear 2 hats being a People Manager & being Sen PM as they will still be managing 2 blocks with site staff.
