Job Title: Regional Director - Estate/Letting Agent

Location: Richmond

Salary: Circa £53,000 plus OTE £100,000 +

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Director to join our team in Richmond. As the Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our estate and letting agency. Your primary focus will be on achieving the largest active 'on market' share in the area, while also maximizing overall market share on exchanged/let business and branch profit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to achieve the largest active 'on market' share and overall market share on exchanged/let business in the region.
• Exceed branch budgeted income levels for residential income, lettings income, and all 3rd party income lines.
• Exceed personal budgets and targets, including hitting bonus scheme targets on a quarterly basis.
• Drive key branch performance and contribution through performance against key activity targets, business creation, personal client visit generation, property register management, and client visit to instruction conversion.
• Ensure adherence to operational audit and brand guidance standards.
• Maintain high standard
• Develop the branch's pre-client visit database and monitor branch phone call activity levels.
• Prioritise sales and lettings core activities, while also focusing on staff development and third-party income generation.
• Staff management, holiday requests, salaries rises, recruitment etc. 

Requirements:

• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets in the estate/letting agency industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the property market in the Richmond area.
• Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
• Experience in operational management and adherence to audit standards.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
