We’re a strong team based in the heart of South West London. We cover Sales, Lettings and Block Management, offering a personal and professional service to our clients and our leaseholders.
We are now on the search for a new On-boarding Co-Ordinator to join the team. We’re looking for someone quick thinking and acting, open minded, friendly and polite who can work using their own initiative but also work as a strong, effective team player. The ideal person for the role will have previous block management experience and a proven track record in new business dealings. Someone with a customer service-oriented mindset is crucial given the commitment our client has for delivering exceptional service to clients and customers.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' in your current role
Experience in a customer-facing role within the property management sector
Outstanding communication, IT and organisational skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other property management software
A strong background in excellent customer service
Experience dealing and advising clients and customers within the sector
Requirements:
Meeting new clients and leaseholders to understand their needs and advise on industry best practices.
Ensuring smooth mobilisation into property management systems.
Managing documentation and system integration.
Providing training and ensuring legal compliance.
Building strong client relationships and gathering feedback for improvement.
Conducting regular site visits to assess maintenance needs, property conditions, and tenant satisfaction.
Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Providing recommendations for process enhancements
Desirable Requirements:
IRPM qualified or willing to work towards IRPM qualifications
RICS and IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are also desirabl
e
Salary Range & Benefits:
This position is offering a salary of between £35K - £45K depending on experience, plus standard holiday, pensions, expenses and mileage. You’ll also be supported through further industry training and qualifications and with regular salary reviews taking workload and progression into account. Hybrid working and enhanced holiday entitlement based on length of service.
