Location: Multiple Sites across London. Potential to work occasionally in Northampton in the future

Employment Type: Permanent- Mon-Friday - Full Time

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 DOE

About Us:

Our client is looking for a flexible mobile caretaker to cover a few sites across London. Mobile caretakers play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients by offering estate operative duties for multiple residential sites. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Caretaker to join our clients team. As a Mobile Caretaker, you will be responsible for traveling to our clients' sites.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Caretaker to join our team. As a Mobile Caretaker, you will be responsible for traveling to clients' homes to provide essential care services. This role requires empathy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance – lightbulb and doorhandle changing etc
• Manage all admin accordingly
• Estate upkeep – trimming bushes, grounds
• Fire alarm testing (will be taught if no experience
• Carpet Cleaning – using industrial cleaner quarterly
• Alarm checks including lifts, fire alarms, security etc
• Division of time between basic cleaning, maintenance and caretaking
• Take the time to learn the blocks and deal with any issues accordingly
• Landscaping
• Bin store and chute management

Having a van would be beneficial, but if one isn’t owned then, one will be provided in the future. Tools will be built up over time too.

Requirements:

• Previous caretaking experience within blocks/estates
• H&S or fire training qualification is ideal but if not, will be taught
• Van owner would be beneficial
• Driving license required
• Able to be responsible for multiple sites
• An organised individual!
