Job Opportunity: Junior Block Manager BTR Portfolio

Location: Midlands - Manchester (Remote with Site Visits)

Salary Package: £31,500 including car allowance. (Plus target bonus of £700 per quarter)

Are you an experienced Assistant Block Manager or PRS Property Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading Build to Rent (BTR) company? We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage a portfolio of 10 blocks within the Midlands - Manchester region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 10 blocks within the BTR portfolio.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the blocks with a focus on communal areas.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect communal areas, meet with contractors, and ensure works are carried out to a high standard.
• Responsible for setting budgets and ensuring financial compliance.
• Ensure all properties are fully compliant with relevant regulations and legislation.
• Handle administrative tasks related to block management, including arranging necessary works and keeping records up to date.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in block management or PRS property management.
• Knowledge of block management legislation and responsibilities.
• Experience setting budgets and managing financial aspects of property management.
• Familiarity with S20 regulations is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with occasional site visits.
