Finance Coordinator - Hybrid Working - East Sussex

I'm currently working on an exclusively vacancy for a Property Management company based in East Sussex who're looking for a Finance Coordinator to join their close-knit team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with leaseholder queries
Client account reconciliation
Paying contractor invoices
Sending off year-end service charge accounts
Raising credit / invoices where needed
Supporting various administrative tasks
Producing service charge invoices using Xero
Helping with production of service charge accounts, making sure reports are pulled together and given to the MD and Property Managers to check before sending to accounts
Arrears chasing from clients
Posting off and raising invoices on accounts system (Blockman CRM system and Xero)

More Info:

Working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
2 day working from home after a successful probation period
Willingness to train and obtain your TPI Level 2 qualification
30 days holiday including bank holidays + closes early for Xmas
Experience required: Previous experience working in block management accounts and ideally using Blockman. If you've worked in lettings property management and have an understanding of block management accounts and service charge, we'd still like to hear from you. The perfect candidate will be a major team player, autonomous, a go getter, positive, friendly, and someone who enjoys a social and friendly workplace.
