Key Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring the estate runs smoothly and efficiently. • Deal with leaseholders and contractors professionally and confidently. • Ensure compliance with building safety regulations and resolve any issues proactively. • Oversee the management of communal boiler systems and ensure their proper maintenance. • Liaise with relevant parties to ensure the estate is well-maintained and in good condition.
Skills & Experience Required: • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Estate Manager, ideally managing large estates. • Experience working with communal boiler systems and a solid understanding of building safety regulations. • A strong, resilient personality with the ability to handle challenging situations. • Excellent communication skills, particularly with leaseholders. • Proactive approach to problem-solving and estate management. • Strong English language skills are essential.
