Residential Concierge / Resident Service Assistant
Location: Northeast London
Salary: Up to £30,500
Hours: Floating shifts either 7-4PM or 11-8PM on a rota basis

About the Role
As a Resident Services Assistant, you’ll be the go-to person for residents, visitors, and contractors, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional living experience. From coordinating check-ins to supporting day-to-day building management, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service alongside the Resident Services Manager and Supervisor.
• Welcome residents and guests, manage queries, and oversee check-ins and check-outs.
• Organise and handle post, parcels, and reception area presentation.
• Support building operations, including maintenance requests and health & safety checks.
• Manage resident communications, complaints, and service bookings with professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role; experience in the build-to-rent sector is a bonus.
• A proactive and organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems.
