Block Manager - Somerset

Position: Block Manager
Salary: Circa £34,000
Location: Near Bristol

Are you an experienced Junior Block Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We're offering an exciting opportunity for you to manage a portfolio of 25 sites, encompassing around 1,000 units, with the autonomy to excel while being supported every step of the way.

Your Role:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of your portfolio, ensuring all properties are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
• Build strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.
• Manage service charge budgets effectively, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Organize and supervise maintenance, repairs, and inspections across the sites.
• Work collaboratively with contractors and service providers to uphold high standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in residential block management, with a strong understanding of property regulations and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering results.
• IRPM or equivalent qualification (preferred, but not essential).
• A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
