The Role
As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring that all aspects of property management are handled efficiently. You will be the primary point of contact handling service charge budgets, overseeing maintenance works, and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a portfolio of residential blocks in line with client expectations and company standards.
- Liaising with leaseholders, contractors, and suppliers to ensure a high level of service.
- Coordinating maintenance and repair work, including regular site inspections. S20 Major Works.
- Preparing and managing service charge budgets.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborating with in-house legal, accounts, and surveying teams for support on complex issues.
