The rapid growing  developer Decorean has revealed plans for the £27m office to resi conversion of Bartley Woods Business Park in Hook, Hampshire. The conversion represents the largest office to residential conversion in a business park to date and will see 84000sq. ft. of commercial space converted to 107 modern one or two bedroom apartments.

Constrcution is expected to complete in the later part of next year (2017).
