AQ investment has been given planning for Exchange Court, their 44 storey resdidential tower in Salford’s Greengate. The scheme will include 349 apartments and will be the city’s tallest building on completion. A lounge, roof garden, gymnasiun, concierge and basement parking are also included in the plans for residents’ amenities.

Construction is due to start next month with completion expected in early 2019.
