Fairview New Homes have partnered up with L&Q to develop a former car park in the third phase of the First Central Development in Park Royal, North West London. The 2.2 hectare site was purchased with planning consent for 600,000 sq ft of office space and more than 800 new homes. Previous phases were completed by Bellway, Redrow and Catalyst HA

Architects Allies and Morrison will be working with Fairview and L&Q on designing the scheme.
