Galliard Homes and U+I are selected for a £200m Industrial Estate Regeneration in Charlton

Galliard and U+I were selected by Royal London to partner up in the regeneration of the Westminster Industrial Estate in Charlton.

The pairing intend to deliver 450 new residential and creative workspaces in the development of a new creative style urban quarter.

Plans will be designed by master planners and architects Studio Egret West.

This 5.8 acre site forms part of the 250 acre regeneration area of Charlton Riverside which could provide up to 5000 new homes in the future.
