Work has begun on Greenland Group’s, the Spire London, a 67-storey residential tower in the Docklands. The £800 million project includes 861 luxurious one, two and three bedroom apartments (765 for private sale), a concierge service, stylish reception area with 6m high ceilings, and a spa, gym and infinity pool on the 35th floor.
The building has been designed by global architecture firm HOK and inspiration for the design has come from the nautical history of the docks and an orchid.
The project is expected to complete in 2020.
