The iconic building on the banks of the river Thames in London, has been given the go-ahead by planners for conversion into luxury flats. The 32-storey office building, owned by David and Simon Reubens, includes the United Nations and the Labour Party on its list of past tennants.
The scheme will see the grade II listed tower being transformed into 207 luxury apartments with views over the London skyline. Plans in the scheme include a sky bar at the top of the residential element, a 150-bedroom hotel, public gardens and a private landscaped garden for residents.
