Block Recruit to host “Wellbeing in Block Management” round table discussion with leading industry experts
On the 25th July 2019, Block Recruit will be hosting a roundtable event at The Sanderson on “Wellbeing in Block Management” alongside Nutritional Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, Nicola Shubrook and Wellness Entrepreneur and Coach, Anji McGrandles.
“Staff retention rates and the wellbeing of our candidates is top of our priority list. We’re always working for a higher purpose and if we can have a small impact on wellbeing within the firms we represent, I feel we will have achieved that” says Alice Cadfan-Lewis, Founder & Director of Block Recruit.
The round table will take a discussion format, delving into the pressures faced in the workplace by Property Management Teams and what employers can be doing to support their staff. Guest speakers will answer questions and share their expertise and experience in helping businesses and individuals achieve better mental health. The roundtable discussion promises to be informative, equipping participants with practical tools they can then apply in the workplace, giving Business Owners tips and guidance on what they can be doing to implement a strong wellbeing programme within their business.
