Tolent Construction Ltd have started work after recently winning the first phase development contract for Kirkstall Forge in Leeds.

Kirkstall Forge is a £400m project that will deliver over 1000 new homes and 40,000 sq m of commercial, leisure and community space. The first phase of the project will be started with the development of 2 prototype house which once finished will be tested out by CEG design team members, to assess the living experience.

Alterations and improvements will then be implemented before continuing with the first phase which will ultimately deliver 112 new homes.
