A Bellway Homes and L&Q joint venture is proceeding with their second major scheme at 46 Ponton Road, a central site in the Nine Elms, London masterplan. This new development will provide 357 new homes apartments spread across three building of ten and thirteen stories. Plans also include the addition of commercial space and retail and leisure amenities. Bellway plans to start construction later on this year and intend to launch the new homes in 2017.

This new development represents a substantial addition to Belway’s current development, The Residence, which is situated adjacent to the 46 Ponton Road site.
