Willmott's residential sales brand Willmott Residential have been given planning approval for Prime Place in Millbrook Park, it’s proposed 188 home residential development in Mill Hill, Barnet. 159 homes are for private sale and 29 homes will be for affordable rent.

The majority of the homes will be one and two bedroom apartments but the development will also include a number of penthouses and some 3 and 4 bedroom homes.

Prime Place is designed by architects Broadway Malyan

Construction is due to start later this year.
