The Owen Street development is part of the of the Great Jackson Street Masterplan and has been designed by Architects Simpson Haugh & Partners. At just over 200m in height the main tower will be the tallest in Manchester, and 2nd tallest in the UK.
The main tower will include 496 apartments and will stand alongside 3 similar but smaller towers. In total the 4 towers will deliver 1508 apartments and penthouses with residents’ amenities including business facilities, 24/7 concierge, lounges, roof garden, tennis court, gymnasium, swimming pool, beauty rooms, business facilities, 24/7 concierge and basement parking.
Completion is due in 2020.
