The development know as Times Square is currently being built in Welwyn Garden City on the site of the former Xerox office complex on Bessermer Road, and will be the the developer’s largest scheme to date.

Phase one of the development is currently in progress under permitted development rights. This phase will include 210 units in three of the existing buildings.

Phase two, which has now had planning approved, will see the housebuilder add 66 penthouses to the buildings along with 4 new blocks bringing the total unit count to 511.
