Birmingham-based developers IM Properties and its residential development arm Spitfire Bespoke Homes have been given the green light for the canalside mixed use development, Newhall Square off Newhall Street in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham

Plans indicate an 11 storey development containing  220 new apartments, a residents clubhouse, 4 commercial units, 61 parking spaces and a public square.
