The YLP (Young Leasehold Professionals) are delighted to announce that one of their members has become the youngest ever person to sit and pass the MIRPM exam. Charlie Crawley of Pier Management took the exam at a tender 20 years of age and last week found out that she had comfortably passed the exam She now has the honour of not only adding MIRPM to her name but also AssocRICS.
This is a fantastic achievement for someone of her age and one that we hope will inspire our members to continue their personal development and enjoy long lasting successful careers in Leasehold Reform.
Daniel Harrison, Managing Director, said: “We are committed to investing in our staff to help them become the best they can be. We hope to make a lasting contribution to the improvement of the sector and it’s great to see our staff so enthusiastic to learn.”
Zoe Southwell, Block Recruit, said: “When I first interviewed Charlie for the position at Pier, I got the vibe. You know the one I’m talking about. You come away from the conversation grateful to have got the chance to have met someone so passionate, driven and hungry to progress, develop and succeed. You don’t get this from everyone and it was so refreshing to hear, especially from someone younger as the industry isn’t always the most appealing!
Charlie didn’t give herself enough credit for her what she had already achieved as a young Property Manager when I first spoke to her and she didn’t believe in herself as much as she definitely should have.
I’m so pleased Charlie is being recognised for all of her hard work and dedication. To be the youngest person to sit and pass the MIRPM exam is such an achievement and has made her a role model to many other young Property Managers starting out their careers.”
It just goes to show, hard work and passion pays off! Congratulations, Charlie!
