Reigate and Banstead Borough Council have approved plans to redevelop the former Art Deco Odeon cinema site Opposite Redhill train station and shopping centre. The new development will rise seven stories and include 133 new apartments for rent.

Construction is expected to start later this year with completion in 2019.
