Aberdeen Asset Management has bought a 5 acre, former Bath Press site from Meyer Homes as part of a plan to deliver a £100m resi led mixed use scheme.

Plans for the scheme, designed by architects Collado Collins, include 244 new homes, 16,000 sq. ft. of commercial space and 204 parking spaces.

Demolition on the existing buildings is expected to start very soon, with construction commencing early 2018.
