Reading Football Club’s property arm, RFC Developments, has been granted planning approval for Royal Elm Park, a large mixed use development next to the Madejski stadium.

Plans include the delivery of 630 new homes spread across 12 blocks. Homes will range from studio apartments to 4 bedroom townhouses.

The development will also include a convention centre, a hotel, serviced apartments and retail and leaisure space.

Construction starts early 2018 with a completion date anticipated in 2023.
