On the 6th April 2017 Earl Kendrick Associates (EKA) took over Finnegan Property Services (FPS). Damien Finnegan of FPS approached EKA last year looking to join another award winning an innovative firm and plans for the merger evolved from there. The two companies share a passion for building client relationships and service excellence and the merger is a positive move for building on the success of the two firms.
