Transport for London are planning to create a joint venture partnership with Triangle London Developments to deliver a mixed-use development in Kidbrooke, Greenwich. 

Plans for the development include 400 residential units, retail, commercial and office space.  The partnership will be looking to submit planning this year with the intention of starting on site in 2018. The first homes should complete by 2020.
