Grainger Acquires Planning for a Large PRS Scheme in Leeds

Grainger has been granted planning to develop a large build to rent scheme on the former Yorkshire Post site, on Wellington Street in Leeds city centre.

The building, designed by The Harris Partnership architects, will rise 18 storeys, stepping down to 11 storeys closer to the river Aire, and will comprise of 242 new rental homes.

Construction is due to start in the summer with a estimated completion timescale of 2 years
