The joint venture development will be Moda Living and Apache Capital Partners’ first major development in a list of similar developments planned by the partnership.

The £154m development, Angels Gardens, which is located close to Victoria Station in Manchester City Centre, will rise to 36 storeys and include 466 high end apartments, 22,000 sq ft of commercial space. The development will also include many resident facilities including a rooftop tennis court, gym, cinema, roof terrace, yoga studio and resident lounges.
