Hadley Property Group, a subsidiary of Peterson Group, were granted planning last year for a development of 473 new homes in Walthamstow Town Centre.  L&Q have now bought into a joint venture with Hadley and together they are planning increase the number of new homes on the proposed development.

The joint venture partnership will be looking to develop further schemes in London.
